People Transformation team

The People Transformation team support all Organisational change programmes from start to finish, across different departments and Faculties of the University of Manchester. This includes working with Organisation Leaders to ensure that the People processes associated with organisational change are delivered in a timely, fair and sensitive way and that the University employment policies are followed in accordance with employment-related legislation.

Working with People Partners and Talent Development colleagues and the Strategic Change Office, the team leads on Organisation Development and Culture change associated with University-wide transformation programmes.
