Colleague Engagement Survey 2026

Update your details in Myview by Friday, 9 January 2026

We are currently preparing for the next colleague engagement survey, which is due to take place in March 2026.    

To make sure the survey results reports for each part of the University are accurate you are asked to take the following action before Friday, 9 January 2026:  

Check MyView to make sure your line management reports are correct:  

  • Log into MyView at: Employee Self-Service and and select the 'Organisation Chart' symbol next to your post title. 

  • This shows the line management structure for you and your team. If what is shown is correct no further action is needed.
  • If changes need to be made, select the Request to Change/Update option from the left-hand menu and complete and submit the required changes.  These will go directly to People Services who will make the changes to ResourceLink.  Any changes submitted after the cut-off date of Friday, 9 January 2026 cannot be guaranteed to be applied to the 2026 survey database.
