Software of US origin that is controlled by US export legislation
If you download the following software onto your device, you must know that this software is controlled by US export laws and you must not take your device with the software to the following countries. This would be considered a re-export. You should remove the software before your trip and re install the software once you are back at The University of Manchester (UoM) or in a country that is not listed below.
For all other software, technologies and physical goods of US origin, you must fill in and submit an Export Controls Compliance request (online form) with the Regulatory Compliance Team.
