Information about Time To Talk Day and other wellbeing activities in SEED
On Thursday 5th February 2026, we’ll be marking Time to Talk Day across SEED — a national day dedicated to opening conversations about mental health and reminding each other that talking really does make a difference.
Working in our busy university environment can be rewarding, but it can also be demanding. Time to Talk Day is a gentle invitation to pause, check in with one another, and create space for honest, supportive conversation — whether that’s over a cup of tea, a short walk, or a simple “How are you doing?” in the corridor.
Throughout the afternoon, the SEED Wellbeing Champions will be hosting an informal drop-in session - an opportunity to connect, feel part of the SEED community, and take a small break together. Everyone is welcome!
Time to Talk Day Drop-in

Time: 1:00pm – 3:00pm
Location: SEED Hub Room 4, SEED Student Support Hub, Humanities Bridgeford Street
Refreshments, wellbeing resources, and light-hearted games will be provided, so please feel free to drop in for as little or as long as suits you.
