Introducing Connect to the People Directorate 

From October 2025, Connect will be introduced to the People Directorate through a phased approach with colleagues in: 

• People Directorate & Directorate of IT Services
• Directorate of Student Experience
• School of Arts, Languages and Cultures

The initial phase will run through to end of 2025, allowing us to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and enhance the overall colleague experience.

A full rollout for all colleagues is then planned for early 2026.

What to do if I’m involved in the pilot?  

All colleagues involved in the pilot should direct any People Services, Recruitment Services, Reward and Benefits and Pensions enquiries through the HR module on Connect Platform or visit the SharePoint page.

Not in the Pilot? Here’s What to Do

Continue to follow the usual process via People Services Key Information. Colleagues not involved in the pilot will not be able to access the HR module on the Connect platform.
