Flexible and hybrid working
Colleagues can apply for flexible working from day one of their employment and are welcome to ask about flexible working opportunities during the recruitment process. We support a wide range of flexible working opportunties including job shares, part time working, term time only working and homeworking.
Hybrid working across the Professional Services was successfully trialled between June 2021 and August 2022. During this period, the project board has reviewed and refined our approach to hybrid working taking into account extensive feedback from a wide range of colleagues and a new framework is now in place.
