Recognition
The University is proud to have a range of schemes which recognise the achievements of our staff and show our appreciation of their contributions. People & Organisational Development is responsible for the management of the Rewarding Exceptional Performance Scheme, the Long Service Awards and the manager's Thank You Scheme. There are a number of other recognition schemes and awards managed by other areas of the University and these are usually promoted locally or via Staffnet news and eUpdate.
