Submitting an expense claim
Staff Expense Claims
All staff expense claims should be submitted online. Information about the rules and regulations surrounding expense claims is available here.
- Please note that if you are a Casual worker or Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator, you should follow the instructions under Non-Staff Expense Claims.
From Monday 6 July 2020, all staff in the following areas should submit their claims via the new Online Expenses portal in MyView:
- Professional Services
- Cultural Institutions
- Faculty of Science and Engineering
All staff in other areas should continue to submit claims via the existing portal in MyManchester. Access to the new portal will be rolled out for staff across the University in the coming months.
Non-Staff Expense Claims
All non-staff expense claims should be submitted using the PR7 form (see here for more details).
This includes the following groups:
- Casual workers
- Teaching Assistants/Demonstrators
- Non-Staff/External claimants
External Examiners should follow the instructions here to submit expense claims.
