A Qualitative Exploration in People with Low Self-Esteem
We want to learn more about individuals’ experiences of participating in a Voice Dialogue session that explore their self-critic. Voice Dialogue is a therapeutic method that helps people get to know the different ‘parts’ of themselves.
W H A T D O E S I T I N V O L V E ?
Completing 3 questionnaires. We expect these to take around 30 minutes.
Attending a Voice Dialogue therapy session. This session will NOT be recorded.
Attending an interview session with the researcher over Zoom or Microsoft Teams (your choice). This session will be audio recorded.

You are aged over 18 years old; You speak English;
You self-identify as having low self-esteem (this will be assessed via a questionnaire, participants scoring above a particular score will be excluded);
You are a current student at the University of Manchester
