Help to promote the campaign in your school or department.
Winners of the Sustainable Consumption Institute's What's Cooking? veggie recipe competition will be announced at the end of January, followed by a pledge drive encouraging students and staff to join the Meat Free Monday campaign.
The campign asks people to give up meat for one day each week, iin order to save money, reduce environmental impact and live a healthier life.
