Decommissioning of Blackboard Vista 8

BbV8 will not be available for use after 31 August 2012.

The MLE project deployed Blackboard 9 (Bb9) as the University’s main VLE in September 2011.  Bb9 replaces Blackboard Vista 8 (BbV8).

This is a reminder that BbV8 is being decommissioned with effect from September 2012.  It will not be available for use after 31 August 2012. 

From September 2012 all online teaching and learning (including online assessment) will be delivered via Bb9.
