Junk the Jargon - Grand Final

31 Jan 2011

University researchers present their work to the general public on 10 February

Thursday 10 February 2011, 3.30 - 5 pm
C16, Renold Building, Off Sackville Street, Manchester, M13 9PL

Following the Faculty Heats, we've narrowed it down to 12 bite size jargon-free talks from researchers across The University of Manchester. And now you are cordially invited to the Junk the Jargon Grand Final.

Be a part of the audience for Junk the Jargon - a competition that challenges researchers to present their research to the general public. In just three minutes, our researchers will deliver engaging, interesting, and entertaining talks - strictly no jargon allowed!

Along with our judges from the BBC, Museum of Science and Industry, and Institute of Ideas, you get to vote for the winner. Everyone is welcome: bring your colleagues, bring your friends, bring your family!
