Pilates Beginners: Eight-week course starts on 14 February

Pilates Beginners

Due to popular demand we have added an extra Pilates beginners eight-week course in the Well-Being Room, Dover Street. The course will run from Friday 14 February to Friday 8 April. Pilates is excellent exercise to improve core s strength, promotes good posture and is excellent for improving mobility and flexibility.
