The 2010-11 Teaching Excellence Award winners are:

- Andrew Russell, School of Social Sciences
- Ralf Becker, School of Social Sciences
- Patrick O’Malley, School of Chemistry
- Geoff Rubner, School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering
The panel was particularly impressed with the strength of the field this year and would like to commend everyone who submitted a case for an award, and those who provided support for candidates. The new award holders have demonstrated exceptional commitment to teaching, learning and the student experience in many different ways and as part of their award will be presenting on their teaching at University and Faculty events during the period of their award.
