Advice and guidance for staff who deal with students
The new Supporting Students section on StaffNet replaces content on the old Student Support and Services website, plus lots of additional features.
The provision of high quality advice and guidance is an important feature of a positive student experience. This site aims to give academic and support staff information on how to offer appropriate support to students, and has sections on the following topics:
- Complaints, discipline and appeals
- Counselling Service
- Disability Support
- Immigration
- Student Guidance Service (the new name for the Academic Advisory Service)
- Student Experience
- Employability Toolkit
