MS42: Performance Coaching for Line Managers is a two-day course that will provide managers with the practical skills necessary to manage and improve performance and to develop their team members, by using effective coaching and feedback techniques.
The workshop is lively and participative with a mixture of tutor input, small group exercises, demonstration, discussion and practice coaching sessions with feedback.
