There are places available on course MS42: Performance Coaching for Line Management.
This two-day workshop will provide managers with the practical skills necessary to manage and improve performance and to develop their team members by using effective coaching and feedback techniques.
The workshop is lively and participative with a mixture of tutor input, small group exercises, demonstration, discussion and practice coaching sessions with feedback.
Day 1 is Tuesday 27 April and Day 2 is Monday 10 May. You must be available for both dates.
