Description
In order to perform well people need feedback. A performance and development review system focuses on providing structured feedback on performance and agreeing relevant action for improvement. This practice-oriented course is designed to enable academic managers and supervisors to understand the purpose and benefits of the performance and development review process and how to prepare and conduct discussions.
Prerequisities
This course is aimed at those responsible for carrying out PDRs for academic and research staff.
