Leadership skills

A Rotaract Club is formed by a minimum of 20 like-minded young people headed by an elected President and Council Members. Meetings are held regularly and are based around activities chosen by the members.

The success of the Club depends on the leadership shown and the way in which the Club is promoted. Rotary provides a mentoring role and that link should be valuable for joint activities.

Networking opportunities

Each Rotaract Club promotes activities which bring the members into contact with other Rotaract Clubs, with business and professional organisations, and with Rotary, which has 1.2 million members worldwide.

Rotaract members have access to Rotaract and Rotary Clubs all over the world, and are welcome to attend meetings anywhere.
