Free behind-the-scenes tours on 12 and 13 September.

The Manchester Museum is throwing its doors open in this celebration of heritage. Join curators on behind-the-scenes tours of the Museum and see some of the Museum's hidden secrets. Tours are free, but require booking in advance.

Friday 12 September

• 1-2pm: Director's tour
• 3-4pm: Behind-the-scenes ancient Egypt tour

Saturday 13 September

• 1-1.45pm & 2.30-3.15pm: Secrets of the Museum
