Student printers and online epayments system upgrade

26 Jul 2016

University-wide upgrade of student printers from HP to Xerox machines begins from Wednesday, 10 August which will move colleagues and students onto the same printing system

The printer queues for the Xerox machines will be pushed out by IT Services to accommodate a seamless switch over from HP to Xerox machines across the campus. On Wednesday 10 August, the student printing service will be down as we upgrade their printers.

Alongside changes to the printers, the student online ePayments service and self service print kiosks are being upgraded. During this period both will be unavailable and students will not be able to top up their accounts. Students have been advised to pay off any outstanding library fines ahead of the upgrade and to top up their print accounts. Any print balances will be transferred over to the new system when it goes live.

Note: This work has been rescheduled from its original date of Wednesday 3 August.
