To celebrate the 200th birthday of Charlotte Brontë today, BBC iWonder filmed at The John Rylands Library as presenter Steph McGovern questioned what the Brontë sisters did for women. McGovern uncovered a letter written by Charlotte Brontë that revealed a not-so forward-thinking side to the author.
