The Staff Learning and Development Centre are inviting applications for the next cohort of the Diploma in Management and Leadership (Edexcel Level 5) which will begin on Wednesday, 3 May 2016
The course leads to a nationally recognised qualification in Management Studies and the award is accredited by EDEXCEL / BTEC.
Participants
The Diploma in Management and Leadership is designed to provide an opportunity for staff to gain a recognised qualification in management studies. It is particularly suitable for practising junior / middle managers.
Aims of the qualification
- Develop the skills of practising managers
- Promote good practice in management
- Provide a progression route to more advanced management qualifications
- Provide staff with the basis for further development
