One man’s unwanted Christmas present is another’s treasured find – and a boost for widening participation projects
Did you get any Christmas presents that weren’t quite to your taste? Do you have any good quality clothes or other items that you no longer need? Why not swap and get something new!
Come to the 1st floor of University Place for The Atrium Green Impact Team’s charity swap shop and bake sale on Tuesday, 12 January from 12-2.30pm.
Money raised will be donated to SHINE, an educational charity which supports WP projects for children in Manchester and nationally.
Leftover items will be donated to the British Heart Foundation.
You can:
- Swap an item for something else – FREE
- Take an item without a swap – £3
- Buy a cake
If you love to bake, the team would love to sell your wares so feel free to contribute something.
This event is open to all staff and students so bring a friend. See you there!
