The Guardian Live Q&A recruits Manchester professor as expert panellist

Professor David Hulme from the School of Environment, Education and Development is taking part in a Live Q&A for The Guardian on 2 April

He will be an expert panellist on ‘How can NGOs lobby effectively to impact the political agenda?’.
