The Student Experience Toolkit developed by The Directorate for the Student Experience is a really useful tool to ensure that your team and the services they provide are delivering what our students want from them.

The toolkit comprises of an audit tool, checklist, guidelines and resources to support you every step of the way and draws together examples of best practice that we will share during the course of the session.

At the end of the session you will be equipped with the toolkit, will understand how to use the audit tool and will have taken part in several group exercises aimed at examining customer needs.
