Slips, trips and falls are the most common type of accident reported by University staff and, as the wet and icy conditions of winter approach, they are much more likely to happen to you.

This video guide shows you the defects that can lead to such accidents: by reporting them to the Estates Helpdesk, you can play a valuable part in preventing accidents. 

How to report defects
