As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing management capability at all levels we are offering another opportunity for Senior Managers to complete the 360 degree feedback process.

We will be running two programmes starting: 15 October 2014 and 19 February 2015.

The programme consists of:

A one hour introduction to the 360 process over lunch
Your own confidential personal feedback report
A one to one feedback and coaching session
Support with any personal development planning where required
Opportunity for additional one to one leadership coaching where required – please note one to one coaching is also available more widely now through the STDU ‘open’ coaching service irrespective of participation in the 360 degree feedback process – see http://www.staffnet.manchester.ac.uk/employment/training/onetoonecoaching/
