Free Lunchtime Concert The Michael Kahan Kapelye "Klezmer Ensemble"

Enjoy a FREE concert featuring wedding music of the Ashkenazi communities of Eastern Europe.

 

Named after the Manchester classical and klezmer violinist tragically killed in June 2008, the Michael Kahan Kapelye will perform a diverse programme of the revived wedding music of the Ashkenazi communities of Eastern Europe as enriched by its diaspora travels.

 

This concert is supported by the Ida Carroll Trust. Everyone is welcome! Concerts are free, just turn up there's no need to book.
