Come along to the inaugural Think Sustainability: Inspiring Action event

The inaugural Think Sustainability: Inspiring Action event for all members of staff will be held on Wednesday, 12 March (12.30-3.45pm) in the Harwood Room, Barnes Wallis Building

The afternoon will start with lunch (12.30-1.15pm) and will be followed by inspiring talks from the following:

  • Rod Coombs, Deputy President and Vice-Chancellor (institutional perspective)
  • Chris Cutts, MHS Associate Dean with responsibility for Social Responsibility (Faculty perspective)
  • Alastair McIntosh, Scottish writer, broadcaster and activist on social, environmental and spiritual issues (individual perspective)

During the afternoon we will also be launching our new sustainability engagement website, which it is hoped will support staff and student involvement in environmental sustainability initiatives on campus and beyond.
