University staff can now book ‘two-for-one’ tickets in advance for just £10 for the event at Stockport County Football Club.

With cabaret-style seating at tables, a bar open throughout the show and food available to buy on the night, this Christmas fundraiser is the ideal event for friends and colleagues to kick-start their Christmas festivities.

Four comedians will be on stage including Alfie Moore, Silky, Joe Bromehead and Daliso Chaponda.

Doors open at 6.30pm with the show starting at 7.45pm.

Jon said: “The Red Cross is a fantastic cause and I hope many staff and students are able to come along, have a great night and support this event. The Red Cross a volunteer-led humanitarian organisation that helps people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. They enable vulnerable people at home and overseas to prepare for and respond to emergencies in their own communities. And when the crisis is over, they help people recover and move on with their lives. They do a fantastic job.”
