Most of our students will arrive this week – for a fun-filled, fully supported start to their University career

Further materials and information are being made available for our new students , while staff are being asked to wear their askme badge and be on hand to help when needed.

There’s also the Distinguished Lecture series, which staff can also attend at 6.30pm each evening in University Place.

• Thursday, 19 September “The Uses of Science” – Professor Sir John Sulston
• Friday, 20 September “Dinosaurs and the origins of Life” – Dr Phil Manning
