Poppy is new link with student community

Poppy Humphrey has joined Manchester Student Homes as the new Off-Campus Student Affairs Officer.

With a background as a Senior Case Worker for Graham Stringer MP, the Homes and Communities Agency, as well as a Customer Experience Manager position at Equity Housing Group, Poppy has a wealth of experience in community relations, neighbourhood development and housing issues.

Tim Westlake, Director of Student Experience, said: “We are really pleased to welcome Poppy to the universities partnership and we are confident that her range of skills and experience will continue the good work we have started.”

Poppy will have responsibility for developing and maintaining positive relationships between student and non-student residents in all areas around the campus sites of the Universities, and residential areas where there is a high populace of students and to advise and support students on the achievement of responsible and mutually respectful relations with local communities.
