This policy outlines the process for awarding degrees to undergraduate or postgraduate students unable to complete their studies due to death or terminal illness. Posthumous degrees are granted with family approval if sufficient coursework has been completed. Aegrotat degrees are offered to students whose illness prevents completion of their course.
