Heads of School and Directors of Professional Services/Cultural Institutions

You are encouraged to:

Proactively circulate information about the survey within your area
Lead by example and complete the survey
Ensure that your team has at least a 75% response rate
Encourage and enable others to complete the survey – time should be allocated for this during the working day. However, it can be completed away from work, if required
Take ownership of their area's results, and work with their teams to support the development of the action plan for the Faculty/PS/School/Directorate/Cultural Institution, plus any actions specific to their own area of work
Develop and complete the action plan for your area – taking ownership of it and being accountable for it
