Results reporting

Capita distribute survey results reports to the Senior Leadership Team and Faculty/Professional Services/Cultural Institution leadership teams, who will then share them accordingly.

Results are delivered at the following levels:

• University-wide
• Faculty
• Professional Services
• School/Function (results will be generated for each School or Function as long as there are more than ten respondents)
• Directorate and Cultural Institutions

They will be provided in an easy to understand report to enable action planning.

Reports include (anonymous) equality, diversity and inclusion data. They also include a benchmarking report that compares scores from our University with other universities that also partake in Capita surveys.
