Update on IT login issues

Update 2 (10.30am, Friday 5 January)

Earlier issues with IT login and Wi-Fi are now resolved. We’ll continue to monitor services closely, but if you do experience issues, please telephone the IT Support Centre on 0161 306 5544.

Update 1 (9.45am, Friday 5 January)

Services are now in the process of being restored. We'll post a further update when we have confirmation that the issues are resolved.

IT Services are investigating an issue where colleagues and students are unable to log in to some systems.

These systems include, but are not limited to, campus Wi-Fi, web-based Microsoft 365, GlobalProtect and more. This is being investigated as a matter of urgency, and we’ll post an update when we have more information.
