Academic Ambassador Network

Academic Ambassadors are knowledgeable about timetabling in your area; they can help familiarise you and your colleagues with new processes introduced to support faculty-led collaborative timetabling.

How can an Academic Ambassador support me and my colleagues?

  • If you have questions about the changes to the way we timetable at the University, and what these mean for your Department/Division/School - you can now connect with your local Academic Ambassador for support to find out the answer.
  • Ambassadors are also there to help provide guidance from the Project to help your area transition smoothly as possible to faculty-led collaborative timetabling.
  • Ambassadors can communicate any feedback, challenges you need help with, or suggestions for improvements you might have to the Timetable Project team - to help work on solutions.

Connect with your Academic Ambassador

Across each Department/Division/School in FBMH and HUMS, there is a nominated Academic Ambassador for the Timetable Project.

FSE has been practicing collaborative timetabling for a number of years. The Discipline Heads of Education are the lead colleagues for supporting the timetabling process as part of 'business as usual' operations.
