The steering group

This group was set up in 2012 to manage the survey process. It will continue to meet on a regular basis to monitor progress against the action plans being put together as a result of the survey findings.

The Staff Survey Steering Group is made up of:

• Will Spinks - Registrar, Secretary and Chief Operating Officer
• Sue Field – Head of HR, Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences
• Simon Merrywest – Head of Faculty Administration, Faculty of Life Sciences
• Helen Barton - Head of the Planning Support Office
• Patrick Johnson, Head of Equality and Diversity
• Rachael McGraw, Internal Communications Manager
• Professor Tarani Chandola – Cathie Marsh Centre for Census and Survey Research
• Rebecca Elvey – Research Associate, Faculty of Medical and Human Sciences
