The School Office is responsible for processes such as:
- Head of Department / Head of School / Director of School Operations support
- SEED operational support, e.g. events including Happy Hour and inaugural lectures
- Approval for new staff posts / changes to existing posts
- Academic staff recruitment and induction
- Academic promotion and probation (inc. HNAP enrolment)
- Casual and Teaching Assistant appointments
- Honorary and Visitor appointments
- External teaching fees/contracting/claims
- Purchasing and procurement
- Authorised signatory approval
- SEED staff listservs
- Academic Peer Review
- PGR conference travel/accommodation bookings
