Departments and Institutes
The School of Environment, Education and Development (SEED) represents one of the most innovative academic structures of The University of Manchester.
It forges an interdisciplinary partnership combining:
- Architecture
- Geography
- Planning, Property and Environmental Management
- Manchester Institute of Education (MIE) and
- The Global Development Institute (GDI)
We also host the Manchester Urban Institute (MUI) and work closely with others across the University, including the Humanitarian and Conflict Response Institute (HCRI) and the Manchester Environmental Research Institute (MERI).
