PSS Conference: January 2015

The PSS Conference on 28 January 2015 was an opportunity to update colleagues on key University and PSS achievements in 2013/14 but also to highlight some emerging challenges for the University.

Will Spinks’ opening presentation outlined the forthcoming challenges for the University and the remainder of the day was an interactive workshop, led by external consultants t-three, looking at the PSS’ role in delivering the University’s 2020 Strategy.

The Conference delegates identified a number of questions for Will and the PSS Leadership Team to answer and the output from the Conference will feed directly into the development of a leadership programme for the PSS.
