Student number planning

Student number planning is a core set of processes within the annual planning cycle, focusing on forecasting and setting targets for student intake and population numbers. It relies on close collaboration across University-wide teams, including the Directorate of Planning, Faculty Planning, Finance and Market Insights.  It plays a critical role in supporting education delivery, budget planning, admissions strategy, and accommodation capacity, enabling the University to make informed, strategic decisions based on the coordinated, data-driven approach.
