I have a visitor coming only for a day to give a talk, does this require a request for Due diligence checks?
If a visitor is attending for a single day solely to deliver a talk, or to participate in high-level, non-technical discussions, a Due Diligence request is not required.
However, if the visit will involve technical discussions, detailed conversations about collaborative research or projects, or any in-depth exchange of information beyond a general overview, Due Diligence checks must be completed before the visit takes place.
