Your Voice Matters – complete the survey and have your say

Take part in our colleague engagement survey between Tuesday, 10 March and Tuesday, 31 March.
On Tuesday, 10 March you will receive your invitation to take part in the Your Voice Matters survey 2026.
Emails will be sent in batches throughout the day from our survey partner People Insight, so don’t worry if yours hasn’t arrived the same time as other colleagues.
Everyone who completes the survey will have the option to be entered into a series of prize draws taking place every Tuesday and Friday whilst the survey is live where you could win £100 of Love2Shop vouchers.
This year, Research colleagues are also asked to complete some additional questions which will help us develop our action plan for the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers.
This is your opportunity to share how you feel about working here, what you value most and where things could, and should be better.
