Working collaboratively with students, Dr Salman Shahid has developed engaging digital learning environments, practical feedback literacy resources, AI-enabled learning approaches, and enhanced support for graduate teaching assistants. A defining feature of his work is involving students as active partners in identifying challenges and co-creating solutions. Beyond his own teaching, Salman has shared effective practice through workshops, staff development activities and mentoring, influencing teaching and assessment across multiple programmes and contributing to significant improvements in student experience and satisfaction.
