    Our Strategic Capabilities Toolkits are designed to empower you as leaders to elevate your team and achieve your desired results by creating a safe space for team feedback, improve collaboration by leveraging your team’s strengths, or enhance communication and inclusivity. Our toolkits are tailored to help you identify challenges and opportunities for continuous performance improvement. Developed in partnership with leadership teams and stakeholders engaged with the 90 day programmes, these toolkits are conversational and non-prescriptive, ensuring they meet the unique needs of individuals, leaders, and teams.

    They offer practical, flexible support that you can adapt to your specific situation, providing an opportunity to experiment with new approaches and reset as needed. Whether you choose to use them independently or with initial support from your P&OD or L&OD colleagues, these toolkits enable you to engage confidently with your team, fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work.

    How to use the toolkits?

    • Each toolkit has guidance built in - take some time to read and reflect yourself first.
    • Look for opportunities where you might include some aspects of the toolkit into your regular conversations with your team. 
    • Engage the support of your P&OD or L&OD partner to talk through your approach.
    • Experiment - and give it a go!! And then share your story.

    • If you are a people leader you can self-serve, experiment and adapt the kits to fit the needs of your team and get the results you are loooking for.
    • You can engage confidently with your team to create an environment where your team can do their best work.

    • They are leader-led, conversational, non-prescriptive and will meet the needs of individuals, leaders and teams in any context.
    • They have been developed in partnership with leadership teams, colleagues, People and Organisational Development (P&OD) Partners, Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) Partners. and stakeholders engaged with the 90 day leadership Programme.
