Committees and metrics

Progress against the University’s strategy is monitored by the University Executive and its Committees, with regular discussions about metrics, trends, risks and actions, and reported to the Board at key points in the year. Data and performance are examined in more detail by the six Executive Committees, the Faculty Executive Teams, functional areas, and across Professional Services. The dashboards will allow performance to be reported easily through the year and escalated in a timely manner when required.
