Testimonial

"This programme has significantly contributed to my personal and professional development. I have gained a deeper understanding of the steps required to become an influential LGBTQ leader, including building confidence in social settings such as networking and public speaking. Additionally, I have expanded my network of colleagues, whom I can now approach for advice and support on future projects and career advancement. The programme has also helped me establish clear goals, which have been incorporated into my Performance Development Review (PDR). I highly recommend this programme to all LGBTQ colleagues seeking to enhance their professional and personal growth."
