What's involved?
100 Black Women Professors Now (100 BWPN) is an innovative accelerator and change programme for UK universities, developed and delivered by the Women’s Higher Education Network (WHEN). The aim is to deliver a step change in progress for the sector by working with individuals as well as institutions, line managers and leaders.
The focus of the programme is on systemic change and as such, line managers of cohort members and Senior Leaders from the institution are asked to commit to turn their involvement into action. Line managers and Senior Leaders are invited to a series of workshops that will explore power, privilege and influence and commit to tangible actions that unblock progression for Black women colleagues.

Testimonial
“Being in a room with accomplished Black women within and outside of the university, some from similar backgrounds as me, spoke volumes, and has greatly expanded my sense of what’s possible and redefined how I see my own potential.’’
